9800 BTU I have had this from new but used infrequently as my disability has made it impossible to lift the condenser out the window I now have fixed ones on the wall When I bought this I had a living room of 18ft by 14ft and it was double aspect and facing south. It reduced the temperature within minutes It works using the condenser which is put outside a window and has its own chains. It can also be used purely as a fan and on half speed as well. It also has a timer. Thus it is a proper air conditioner, not just removing warm air through a pipe Dimensions of the Bag N 250 are 430mm wide 400mm deep 760mm tall The condenser is 425mm wide 420mm tall 260mm deep There is not of technical jargon written on it, but too much to type out I suggest if you want a quality, efficient piece of kit, is that you come see for yourself I would stronlgy suggest two of you to get the main unit into an estate or van I paid 980 for this unit, so its not the cheap ones from China
