SCM K201 Automatic Hot melt Edgebander - Woodworking Machine for application of coil or strip .

We have for sale, amongst other machinery, this SCM K201 Automatic Hot melt Edge Banding machine.  The machine has been well looked after and is very clean and in good working condition.  This machine only requires a SINGLE PHASE supply The basic specifications of the machine are: Minimum panel thickness - 8mm Maximum pane thickness - 40mm Feed speed  -  8 metres/min. Minimum panel width - 65mm Minimum panel length - 140mm Minimum thickness of coil material - 0.4mm Maximum thickness of coil material - 1.2mm Maximum thickness of strip material - 3mm Extraction duct - 80mm dia. Required air supply - 7.5 - 8 BAR Top and bottom trimming is by means of high speed Bosch units which use reversible and disposable tungsten cutters. These trimming units were replaced shortly before the machine was decommissioned. Front and rear end trimming is by means of a cut-off saw, in order to handle the laminated or solid lipping up to 3mm thickness. This machine only requires a SINGLE PHASE supply Included in the sale is the Instructions and Maintenance manual and required Hot melt adhesive.
