4 colour screen printing kit !

Screen Printing Kit All you need to get screen-printing, either professionally (print 300 garments / day easily), or as a serious hobbyist … all you’d need is to reclaim or add some screens, some inks, and some imagination … everything else you need is included here; Superb quality, made in the UK 4-colour (holds 4 screens), 4 plattern (so print 4 garments / papers at same time), ultimately adjustable, with micro precision, screen-printing machine. Can be upgraded to 6 if required. Thee arms are solid … no dropped frames with this kit! also includes 4 moveable and sturdy (platterns) suited to t shirts and sweatshirts, over-sized bearings and the 4 arms are made of 2’ tubular steel. Very heavy duty construction (100% steel construction) so no wobbles. Not like those 1,000 4 colour kits that are table mounting and about as sturdy as a drunk at closing-time; This is welded in the UK, by UK craftsmen and as such will survive any treatment … it has a removable leg, so whilst very heavy (VERY), it’s not such a hassle to move about, and we had it set up for a few months in an upstairs bedroom with no adverse effects. The adjustments are all solid and tool based, and lining up screens is a doddle and once set … they stay put ensuring consistent and reliable printing. If you need it, I’m happy to talk a buyer through the screen print process, and if required for the cost of my expenses, I’d happily give a demo’ when you’re set-up. I’ll leave an email address, so any later questions can be answered whenever you need. This kit which up to now has allowed us to produce a print run of 300 / day easily, would suit someone just getting into the printing industry (or a serious hobbyist) … it’s easy and mechanical to set up and use, reliable and sturdy … just what you want when you buy your screen-printing kit, be you a newbie or a professional. The kit … all used, but in excellent condition (unless otherwise stated -***), includes the following with the machine. - 1 * flash dryer - 20+ tshirts - 1 * Exposure Lamp - Various sizes of glass to hold designs tight to screens when exposing designs extraz - 2 * electrical extension leads – both 3m+ to allow for easy placement of kit - 1 * cut-off box … cuts electricity to flash-dryer in case of incidents - *** A4 Heat Press … currently the hinge mechanism is broken; due to a poor design really … we’ve had this ages, used it occasionally and had to fix it intermittently. It’s useful for adding print to odd pieces of clothing or paper-stock or for flatter / matter prints, but we’ve not found much use for it … the t shirts look better straight printed so we’ve take that route wherever we can. - 5 used screens – these need reclaiming (try pregasol tabs for the emulsion we’ve used), or even better, get a local screen-maker to re-mesh and tension them … they’re in good nick, so would be OK reclaimed, but it’s not too expensive and always nice to properly re-mesh the frames. - Tools for dismantling / re-building / adjusting the machine and other bits of kit are all included: big adjustable spanner for all tasks, 180 degree adjustable wrench and all the spanner sizes required to adjust all parts, small screw-driver for use with squeegees … and a watch with stopwatch function for timing exposure and drying / curing times. Also - sharp scissors, tape-measure and oil to keep the machine in tip-top order. - Printing Tools: 2 * Printing and Image Transfer books, Spray paints in blue * silver (for retouching the machine), 2 * drip-trays (12 / 18 inches) for applying emulsion, 4 * 12 inch squeegee blocks, 3 * 12 inch / 1* 9 inch / 1* 3 inch square squeegee blades – for printing, Measuring syringes for accurate replication of colours, 2 * Brushes for screen
